-- Just 100 yards to the beach, the Ocean Rise building is located at 123rd Street and Assawoman Drive (ocean block).  This is a professionally-decorated, well-managed, family-oriented Condo with over 1600 sq ft of living space on 2 floors.

The Condo accommodates up to 10 people with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.  The large master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath.  A second bedroom has 2 twin beds and use of full bathroom across the hallway. The 2nd floor has a huge bedroom with 2 queen beds, a full bath, sitting area and balcony.  Additionally, the living room has a queen size sleeper-sofa.  The 2-floor layout is perfect for families and great for privacy.

There are 4 TVs and 2 DVD players.  Two are large-screen HDTVs, 1 of which is connected to the internet with GoogleTV.  Enjoy the collection of DVDs, books and board games.  We also provide free access to the WiFi.

Enjoy the pool after a day on the beach, while making dinner or while waiting on others.  The pool is on the 2nd floor just a few steps from the unit.

Drive, walk or take the bus ($3 all-day fare) to local fun and activity.  Northside Park is just a short walk away -- with ball fields, fishing pier, 2 miles of walking/bike paths and a playground. In July and August the park hosts "Sundays in the Park" featuring free live music and make-your-own sundaes.  Don’t forget the boardwalk. A trip to Ocean City is not complete without Thrasher’s French Fries and Fisher’s Popcorn.
